    Frequently Asked Questions

    Can I buy part-exchange cars without a dealer licence?+

Our auctions are trade-only. You'll need a motor trade business — dealer, garage, exporter, dismantler or trader — to register and bid through the EAMA Group platform.

How is condition described on part-exchange cars?+

Each lot carries photographs, mileage, MOT and known-fault notes so you can bid on a clear picture of the vehicle rather than guesswork.

How does collection and payment work?+

Payment is settled through the auction platform, then vehicles are collected from the holding location or delivery can be arranged UK-wide and to Ireland.
